2. Eligibility

Users must be legally authorized representatives of educational institutions and comply with applicable laws.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities performed under their accounts.

4. WhatsApp Communication Services

Our platform may integrate with Meta WhatsApp Business APIs for communication including fee reminders, attendance alerts, OTPs, and administrative notices.

• Message delivery depends on third-party providers.
• Schools must obtain required user consent.
• Spam or unauthorized marketing is prohibited.

5. Data Ownership

Schools retain ownership of institutional data. Mega Tech Bot Pvt. Ltd. acts as a technology provider and processor.

6. Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security controls, authentication systems, monitoring, backups, and access controls.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect losses, delivery failures, outages, or damages caused by third-party services.
